Return Policy
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Due to the nature of our hand-strung jewelry, our return policy states that zero returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted. For care, please refer to our jewelry care instructions to ensure your pieces remain in perfect condition. Additionally, for any inquiries regarding shipping information, feel free to reach out.
Broken pieces
- We are not responsible for any broken pieces after 2 weeks of having the jewelry. Please refer to our jewelry care instructions for proper maintenance.
- If you need a repair, email kpearledboutique@gmail.com; a small fee will be added. For more details, you can also check our return policy and shipping information.

Turn-around time
- Orders will be shipped within 1-3 weeks, unless otherwise specified in our shipping information.
- Ready to ship and/or drop items will be shipped out within 1 week.
Shipping
- K Pearled Boutique is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages once USPS has them in their possession. For more details on how we handle orders, please refer to our shipping information.
- All orders are shipped via USPS, and tracking will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped.
- Please ensure you provide the correct address, as incorrect addresses will result in an extra shipping fee applied to send your package to the correct location. It is your responsibility to give the correct address.
- There is a flat rate fee for shipping. For any inquiries about our return policy or jewelry care instructions, feel free to reach out.
Quality Guarantee
- Our jewelry is made of .925 sterling silver, meaning it consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. For optimal longevity, please refer to our jewelry care instructions. Additionally, natural stones used in our pieces are unique and may exhibit different variations. For your convenience, you can find our return policy and shipping information on our website.
Customs
- Custom jewelry is open!
- DM me on Instagram or email me to get started with your personalized pieces.
- I can remake any jewelry items or create something new just for you!
- Required deposits minimum: $75 for necklaces, $35 for bracelets/earrings. The rest can be paid once the piece is ready.
- Once your jewelry is made, I will send you the total cost, including shipping information, while subtracting the deposit amount.
- We will discuss the total cost before you make your decision.
Care for Jewelry
What to do
- To maintain the shine of your jewelry, it's essential to follow proper jewelry care instructions, including using a jewelry polishing cloth regularly (a cloth is included in each order).
- Always remove your jewelry before entering water, cleaning, or using chemicals, lotions, or perfumes.
- Store your jewelry in a box or drawer to protect it.
- While it's normal for jewelry to tarnish over time, taking care of them now will make each piece last longer. For any concerns, please check our return policy and shipping information.
What not to do
- Follow these jewelry care instructions: avoid using liquid jewelry cleaners, as they can ruin the pearls.
- It's important not to put any chemicals on the jewelry to maintain its quality.
- Additionally, do not use a towel or rough cloths for cleaning, as this can cause damage.
