- We are not responsible for any broken pieces after 2 weeks on having the jewelry

- Orders will be shipped 1-3 weeks, unless stated otherwise.
- Pre-made or drop items will be shipped out within 1 week.
- K Pearled Boutique is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages once USPS has them in their possession.
- All orders are shipped via USPS.
- Tracking will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped.
- Incorrect addresses result in an extra shipping fee applied in order to send to the correct address. It is your responsibility to give the correct address.
- There is a $6 flat rate fee for shipping.

- Meaning, 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals.
- Natural stones are unique and are likely to have different variations

- When jewelry is made, I will send you the total + ship (subtracting the deposit amount)

- Use a jewelry polishing cloth on a regular basis to keep shine
(a cloth is included in each order)
- Remove all jewelry before getting in water, cleaning, using chemicals, lotion, perfume, etc.
- Jewelry should be kept in a box or drawer
- It is expected that they will tarnish over time, but take care of them now to make each piece last longer.
- Do not use liquid jewelry cleaners as it can ruin the pearls
- Do not put any chemicals on the jewelry.
- Do not use a towel or rough cloths for cleaning.
